Administrative questions

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can change or cancel directly through your patient portal, or by emailing care@welljosie.com, up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Inside the 48-hour window, the full appointment fee applies.

I can't find my virtual appointment link.

Your secure video link is emailed to you 30 minutes before your appointment. If it's 15 minutes before your visit and it's truly nowhere to be found (check spam!), email care@welljosie.com and we'll send a fresh link.

How does payment work?

To keep things seamless, we securely store a credit card on file when you create your account. Your card is only charged after your appointment, and your invoice and insurance receipt are emailed to you instantly.
